API Terms of Service (self-serve)

These terms cover self-serve Catalog and Intelligence subscriptions purchased at developers.partgenie.ai. Partner Availability and Enterprise agreements are separate.

1. Observed market only. Offers are not landed quotes, PO prices, or order execution.
2. No redistribution. Do not build a public parts / pricing aggregator or resell raw catalog dumps.
3. Quota. Part-return and live-offer units reset each UTC calendar month with no roll-over. Exceeding limits returns HTTP 429.
4. Evidence. Claims and engineering profiles are Intelligence features; Catalog may expose presence flags only.
5. Keys. You are responsible for secrets. Revoke compromised credentials immediately in the portal.
6. Billing. Stripe manages subscription status. Downgrades take effect at period end unless otherwise stated in Customer Portal.
